Orders and Delivery​
All products are handmade in the New Forest. Teepees are made using materials that meet UKCA and CE standards.

Teepee Delivery
Our in-store teepees are ready for dispatch and will be delivered within five to seven working days. Should you wish to request a personalised addition, such as a name or brief message embroidered on to your teepee, please contact us with your specifications via email. There is a small additional charge of £10.00 for this service.
Kindly note that personalised orders may require additional processing time prior to delivery.

​Bespoke teepees take additional time to design and make. For an estimated delivery date, contact us at 07576503942 or cari@atticusandelbie.co.uk to discuss.
Please order early during busy periods to avoid disappointment.
For the UK mainland delivery of our teepees we use a courier service, the cost of this is £30.00 per teepee. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Expected delivery is normally within 48 hours; however, in busier periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery can take longer. All deliveries will require a signature. Delivery dates can be re-arranged directly with the courier.
It is also possible to collect your teepee from our studio and avoid the courier fee. If you choose this option I will make contact with you to arrange a 'pick-up' time.

Wash Bag Delivery
Our 'ready to go' option wash bags have an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days, whilst bespoke products are estimated at 5-10 working days. Please contact us at 07576503942 or cari@atticusandelbie.co.uk should your order be time sensitive, we will always do our very best to help!
There is a package and postage fee of £4.00 per wash bag order, this added at checkout.
